BlueKarrots is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Verifiers to support our growing Final Expense tele sales campaign. As a Verifier, you will be the first point of human interaction after our AI dialing system connects with a potential customer. Your role is critical in ensuring only qualified and interested prospects are passed along to our Senior Closers, which directly contributes to the team’s sales performance and overall success.
You will be responsible for validating customer information, confirming interest, and ensuring compliance with both company policies and insurance industry regulations. This position requires professionalism, sharp listening skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment. By joining our team, you’ll play a vital role in creating a seamless customer journey while opening opportunities to grow into advanced sales roles within the company.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, tele sales, or verification role (experience in Final 
Expense insurance strongly preferred).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Active listening skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in lead verification.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining a professional and natural flow of conversation.
• Knowledge of compliance standards within the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Comfortable managing a high call volume with consistency and accuracy.
• Willingness to work during US business hours (evening/night shifts for offshore candidates).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialing platforms, and sales tracking tools is a plus.

Requirements
- Receive live-transferred calls from AI systems and conduct customer verification. 
- Confirm customer interest, eligibility, and accuracy of information for Final Expense insurance policies. 
- Ask qualifying questions to assess lead readiness before passing to Closers. 
- Identify and filter out unqualified or inaccurate leads. 
- Ensure full compliance with approved scripts, company policies, and insurance industry regulations. 
- Accurately record verified details and call notes in the CRM system. 
- Collaborate with Closers and Team Leads to maintain a smooth and efficient call flow.
