About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Closer to join our Final Expense tele sales campaign. This position is ideal for a sales professional with proven closing skills who can consistently convert qualified leads into sales, maximize revenue, and provide mentorship to junior closers when needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with warm leads provided by fronters/verifiers and effectively close Final Expense insurance sales.
• Conduct needs-based conversations with prospects to understand their requirements and offer tailored policy solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets.
• Manage objections confidently using advanced persuasion and closing techniques to build trust and drive conversions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, call scripts, and insurance industry regulations.
• Accurately document all call notes, policy details, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team leads and trainers to share best practices and help improve team performance.

Requirements


  • Proven experience (2–3+ years) as a closer in the Final Expense insurance tele sales industry (US market experience preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Final Expense products, underwriting basics, and tele sales processes.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Comfortable working US business hours (evening/night shifts if offshore).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, dialing platforms, and sales tracking tools.
