About the Role

About the Role
We specialize in selling Final Expense insurance policies across the U.S. through a high-performing, data-driven sales operation.
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to establish and manage the foundation of our internal reporting and analytics ecosystem. This role is pivotal in providing clarity, accuracy, and insight into our performance metrics, commission structures, and forecasting models. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable intelligence that drives business performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the internal reporting infrastructure from the ground up to support data-driven decision-making.
• Design, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports that monitor business performance, sales productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Calculate and validate insurance commissions, ensuring precision and consistency in payouts and related performance data.
• Prepare and manage accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and trend analyses for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales departments to identify reporting needs and deliver timely, data-backed insights.
• Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and reporting tools, maintaining a single source of truth.
• Identify inefficiencies in manual reporting processes and lead automation efforts to improve accuracy and speed.
• Provide leadership with actionable analytics and visualized performance reports to guide strategic initiatives.

What We Offer
• Competitive compensation package based on experience and expertise.
• Opportunity to build and shape the Business Intelligence function from the ground up.
• Dynamic, data-driven, and growth-focused work environment.
• Long-term career advancement opportunities within a fast-scaling organization.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams driving innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or financial reporting — ideally within telesales, insurance, or financial services.

  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and best practices for data management and modeling.

  • Demonstrated analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Familiarity with commission structures and performance-based compensation analytics is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical data insights into clear, actionable reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours (evening or night shifts if offshore).
